Privacy Notice

The guided planner can collect the product or service you are interested in, project stage, written requirement, information already available, optional project files, project location, expected timing, reply preference, name, company, email address and phone or WhatsApp number. Early project fields and file upload are optional; an email address or phone number is needed so the team can respond to your enquiry.

The optional file step accepts up to three PDF, JPG or PNG files of up to 4 MB each. Suitable examples are a single-line diagram, load list, specification or site photograph relevant to the enquiry. The planner does not create a customer account or take a payment.

While you move through the planner, an in-progress copy is kept in your browser's sessionStorage under the current browser tab so that an accidental refresh does not erase the draft. Written answers are not transmitted merely because you complete a step. A file is transmitted when you choose it so the API can verify and store it; the resulting private upload token is kept with the draft until submission. The site removes the browser draft after a successful submission; closing the tab or clearing site data also ends the browser session copy.

When you confirm the consent box and select Send enquiry, the browser sends the completed fields and any private upload tokens to the first-party endpoint at api.arnavindustries.in. That service validates the request, checks that each file belongs to the same enquiry, applies abuse controls and forwards the enquiry server-side to the Arnav Industries project in Naya Growth LeadDesk. Uploaded files are represented there by private, expiring links. The LeadDesk access credential is not sent to the public browser.

If the online handoff fails, the planner can offer an email fallback. Nothing is sent through that fallback unless you choose it and send the prepared message from your email application; uploaded files are not attached to that fallback automatically.

Arnav Industries & Electricals uses enquiry information to understand the requested product, service or operating problem; decide what additional information is needed; contact you using the route you provided; prepare and administer a technical or commercial discussion; and protect the enquiry service from abuse.

The planner consent covers contact about the enquiry you submit. It is not presented as consent for unrelated advertising campaigns or automated WhatsApp marketing. A separate purpose and choice would be introduced before any such use.

The public site offers optional Google Analytics measurement behind an explicit browser choice. When allowed, it records a controlled event taxonomy for Search Capture pages and enquiry interactions; it is configured without advertising signals or automatic full-URL page views. Form answers, contact details, file names and upload tokens are excluded. The site does not intentionally use an advertising tracker or pixel, behavioural advertising profile or signed-in customer account.

Hosting, routing and security systems may process routine request information such as the requested path, request time, browser identifier, network address and security event to deliver the site, diagnose faults and prevent abuse. The enquiry API deliberately does not place a raw visitor IP address in the lead record. For rate limiting, it creates a salted one-way derivative held in process memory for the active control window.

Enquiry information is available to people at Arnav Industries & Electricals who need it for the relevant discussion and to service providers used for website hosting, security, communications and enquiry management. The current website handoff uses Naya Growth LeadDesk as the enquiry-management service. Those providers process information to provide their contracted operational function.

Personal information submitted through the enquiry path is not sold. It may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to protect systems or rights, meet a binding legal requirement, or administer an agreed project with the parties involved.

Files uploaded through the public planner and their private capability links expire automatically after 14 days. Using the remove control asks the API to delete that file immediately; if a deletion request cannot complete, the protected server copy remains subject to the same short automatic expiry and is not included in the submitted enquiry.

There is not a single fixed public retention period for every submitted enquiry because a message that does not proceed, an active quotation, a contracted project and a security record serve different purposes. Other information is kept only while reasonably needed for the enquiry, project, contractual, accounting, dispute, security or legal record concerned, then removed or anonymised when that need ends. You can contact the company by email or telephone instead of using the planner, omit optional planner fields, close the planner before submission, or clear the session copy through your browser controls. You can also ask about access, correction or deletion of personal information connected with your enquiry, or withdraw consent for future enquiry contact.

Send a privacy request to info@arnavindustries.in and identify the contact route or enquiry reference needed to locate the relevant record. The team may need to verify the requester before acting and will explain if a record cannot be changed or removed for a continuing legitimate reason.
