Cookie & Browser Storage Notice

The public website offers optional Google Analytics measurement. It is not loaded unless you select Allow analytics. If you continue without analytics, the website does not load that script or set its analytics cookies. The current site uses no advertising pixel, remarketing tag or cross-site behavioural-profile system.

When allowed, the measurement records controlled page and interaction context such as a Search Capture page type, CTA click, call or WhatsApp click, planner progression, successful file-upload status, enquiry submission outcome and diagram opening. Form answers, file names, upload tokens, email addresses and phone numbers are excluded from the analytics event contract.

The guided enquiry planner uses browser sessionStorage, which is different from a cookie, to keep an unfinished draft and any private upload tokens in the current browser tab. This allows the answers to survive a refresh while you complete the steps. Choosing a file sends that file to the protected upload endpoint immediately; other draft answers are not submitted merely because they are in sessionStorage.

The draft is removed after a successful enquiry submission and normally ends when the current tab or browser session is closed. The analytics choice is stored in localStorage under aie-analytics-consent-v1 so the site can remember whether to load the optional measurement script. Use the persistent Analytics choices control or clear site data to change that choice.

Servers and security systems necessarily receive technical request information to deliver a page or API response and reduce abuse. That operational processing is not used by this website to build a cross-site advertising profile. See the Privacy Notice for the enquiry API and security-record details.

You can inspect, block or clear cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Blocking sessionStorage may prevent the planner from preserving an unfinished draft across a refresh, but you can still contact the company directly by email or telephone.

If the website later adds account sessions, advertising, embedded media or another storage purpose, this page will identify the technology, provider, purpose, duration and available choice before the public description is treated as current.
