A technical website should remain usable without a perfect device or input method.
We are improving the public site around keyboard use, readable structure, responsive reflow, reduced motion and understandable form feedback. This statement does not claim a completed third-party accessibility audit.
Current practices
Four practical design rules.

Semantic page regions, headings, lists, tables and form labels are used so content is not dependent on visual positioning alone.

Keyboard focus remains visible, interactive controls have text alternatives and the guided planner supports keyboard closing and focus containment.

Responsive layouts are designed to reflow without requiring a desktop viewport, and motion is reduced when the browser requests reduced motion.
- 04
Engineering diagrams are paired with descriptive text; colour is not intended to be the only carrier of a technical distinction.

Tell us the page, task and technology involved.
If a page, diagram, menu or enquiry step is difficult to use, include the page address, what you were trying to do, the device or browser, and any assistive technology. That detail makes a correction more reproducible.
